A Referral Was Made. But Who Knows What Happened Next?
When deadlines, appointments, and required tasks aren't tracked, attorneys, case managers, treatment providers, and participants are left piecing together the story. PACS brings structure, follow-through, and clearer progress reporting to the process.

The gap isn't always the referral. It's the follow-through.
Someone can receive instructions and still miss a deadline, lose documentation, or leave the referring professional without a reliable update. SKBrown Logistics' Participant Accountability & Compliance Services (PACS) helps organize assigned tasks, document reported progress, and identify unresolved items before they become bigger problems.
For attorneys and legal teams
Know which referred tasks have been reported complete, which remain outstanding, and where follow-up is needed. Progress documentation supports your workflow; it does not replace legal advice or court records.
For case managers and treatment partners
Reduce repeated check-ins and scattered updates with a defined monitoring and reporting process tailored to the referral.
For participants and self-referrals
Get a clearer plan for appointments, assigned requirements, deadlines, and documentation. Accountability is support for follow-through, not punishment.
What PACS can coordinate
Services are scoped to the participant's written requirements and the referring party's authorized instructions.
Task progression
Organize assigned milestones, due dates, and next steps.
Check-ins and reminders
Scheduled administrative follow-up to help surface missed or upcoming obligations.
Documentation tracking

Common questions
Is PACS the same as probation or court supervision?
No. PACS is an independent administrative accountability and coordination service. It does not replace a court, probation department, treatment provider, or legal representative.
Can an attorney refer a client?
Yes. Use the professional referral form. We will review service fit, scope, participant consent, and information-sharing permissions before accepting a referral.
Can I refer myself?
Yes. Submit a service request and describe the tasks or requirements you need help organizing. Services are subject to acceptance and appointment availability.
Will you share my information with anyone?
Only as permitted by applicable law, appropriate authorization, and the agreed service scope. We clarify reporting recipients and documentation expectations before services begin.
Does the monthly price include drug testing?
Not automatically. Drug testing, laboratory charges, additional reports, and other services are quoted separately unless expressly included in a written agreement.
