Whether you've been referred by a court, employer, attorney, treatment provider, recovery program, or you're enrolling on your own, we're here to guide you through the process with professionalism, respect, and confidentiality.
Our goal is to make enrollment simple, answer your questions, and provide the accountability and support needed to help you successfully complete your program.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1 – Complete Your Enrollment Request
Complete the online enrollment form or contact our office.
Step 2 – We Contact You
A PACS team member will review your information, answer your questions, and schedule your enrollment appointment.
Step 3 – Enrollment Appointment
We'll review your program requirements, complete your paperwork, establish your monitoring plan, and explain what to expect moving forward.
Step 4 – Monitoring Begins
Your monitoring program begins based on your referral requirements. This may include testing coordination, check-ins, attendance verification, progress monitoring, and compliance reporting.

How long does enrollment take?
Most enrollment appointments take approximately 30–45 minutes.
What if I don't know which PACS program I need?
No problem. We'll review your referral information and recommend the appropriate program.
Who pays for my program?
Payment arrangements vary depending on your referral. Services may be paid for by you, your employer, your agency, or another authorized payer.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and shared only with authorized individuals or organizations.
What happens after I enroll?
You'll receive your program requirements, communication instructions, appointment schedule, and any testing or monitoring information applicable to your program.
